Ideal if you have beses in different parts of the map. Throw a picture frame on a wall and give it a name. Then at your other base do the same to setup a teleport between the two locations. Only works for you but be careful - you can't use it if you're being raided! Due to there already being a teleport command in Rust, I've give the chat command the shorter name of /portal.
Holsters your weapon when you start swimming, climbing or crafting, so you always have a clear line of sight.

uMod is the project behind Oxide. The Rust mod you install is still called Oxide, its folder is still oxide, and a plugin written for "uMod" is an Oxide plugin. Paid plugins like these are sold outside umod.org, which only lists free ones.
Put the .cs file in oxide/plugins inside your server folder. Oxide compiles and loads it within a few seconds, with no restart. oxide.reload Name reloads one after you change its config. Keep the file name as it is: it has to match the plugin's class name.
From the server console or RCON: oxide.grant group default sonar.use gives it to everyone, and oxide.grant user <steamid> sonar.use to one player (o.grant is the short form). Each plugin's page lists its permissions.
